Leider finde ich der Preis, den Umständen entsprechend zu hoch. Innenpool wird derzeit renoviert, bzw. umgebaut - keine Information diesbezüglich.Die Freude auf Entspannung ist schnell vergangen. Außerdem war kalt und nicht nur im Poolbereich, sondern auch am Gang, im Foyer und leider auch im Restaurant. Deswegen Punkten Abzug. Der Abstand zwischen dem Bett und Wand beträgt circa 40 cm, also aufstehen in der Nacht aus dem Bett kann gefährlich sein. Personal , Sauberkeit 1A!

Awesome pools
Multiple pools - with a water slide! My teenage kids loved it. It is not a super water park, but they have a really nice pool / hot tub area and it is low-key but very nice. The staff was nice, the city area was nice - everything exceeded my expectations. We had a room that was like an attic room, and it had skylight type windows that we were able to open up and check out the area. I really likes this hotel. Also, the breakfast was good too.

My family and I spent 5 nights in this hotel in August. What I can recommend in this hotel is the food. We had purchased half board and the breakfast and dinner were very good. There was a large selection at breakfast, and dinners were even themed - Mexican, oriental, barbecue. What I was sorry for was the poor sofa bed as an extra bed for the third person in the room, which is bad for a 4-star hotel. I appreciate the services at the same time, there was a hot tub and sauna outside, two indoor pools, one for swimming and the other for relaxation, a toboggan, two hot tubs, sauna and steam. We enjoyed our stay with our family.

Super unsafe SPA facility, the floor at the swimming pool is like ice glazed. Slipped and fell over what resulted in serious injury. Ambulance took me to hospital located nearly 30 miles from hotel. after 5 painful stiches got released from hospital at midnight! Unable to walk without knowing even where I was! Luckily, some hospital staff helped me out with sorting transport back to hotel. The Verde Montana staff didn’t care about what happened to me. Never even checked if I’m ok. Spent the rest of holiday stuck to a hotel bed. Being unable to walk, and with antibiotics to prevent infection from the cut. Didn’t even hear "we're sorry" nothing! Now they denied any responsibility about what happened. I will take them to court. They don’t deserve 4 stars. Should be 3-star hotel for what they offer and for how they treat guests. Avoid! So many better places to stay, with way better staff and facilities.

Obiekt czysty, zadbany, z fajnymi strefami - basenowa, wypoczynku na świeżym powietrzu, restauracja, wypoczynku dla dzieci, spa. Konstruktywnie - jedzenie ok (zbyt mała ilość ekspresow do kawy, niedostateczny dozór nad strefą kaw, pieczywa), potrzeba urozmaicenia śniadań; baseny bez zarzutu; strefa wypoczynku na świeżym powietrzu rewelacja; sale konferencyjne ładne. W całym obiekcie klimatyzacja. W chacie grillowej podczas sezonu letniego rtlko serwowanie posiłków, brak grilla na zywo, szkoda. Podczas tego samego posiłku tylko kawa udająca tę z ekspresu. Brak siłowni uznaję za minus.

Hotel uważam za bardzo dobry, obsługa bardzo pomocna i serdeczna pozwalała miło spędzić czas, pokoje czyste i dobrze wyposażone, spełniające wszelkie oczekiwania. Basen-aquapark czysty i wystarczający dla zabawy ( dość duży), umiejscowienie hotelu na duży plus, wszędzie blisko. Warto spędzić tutaj trochę czasu.
